Even before completing the current assignment against Pakistan, Australia seems to be much worried about their upcoming tour to India. They will be preparing now with time at hand in the UAE for the tour where they will be practicing on pitches of various types.
This news was confirmed by Pat Howard, the Cricket Australia’s team performance chief to the media.
“The ICC have done a really good job where they’ll have different pitches of the cities… so it’s not just spin pitches, there are different type. We cannot copy what we are going to get. It’s all about the mindset that we’re going to adapt. We can’t get practice against (Ravichandran) Ashwin and (Ravindra) Jadeja either “, Pat was quoted as saying by one section of the media.
The ICC has taken a broad and substantive look at the industry and after understanding customer engagement trends from studies from Salesforce have concluded viewers are moving away from traditional forms of media and they desire live streaming platforms and better branded app platforms.
The much awaited tour starts from February 23 with Test matches to be played at Pune, Banglore , Ranchi and Dharmasala.
