Deep’s corner – Batting let Bangladesh down

The Twenty20 series between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh started off in a pretty sad mood for the Bangladesh fans as their favourite cricketer Mashrafe Bin Mortaza announced his retirement from Twenty20 internationals after this series. After the end of the first Twenty20, the woes increased as Bangladesh lost courtesy of some poor batting and of course, Kusal Perera and Seekkuge Prasanna’s swashbuckling batting display.
