A total of three Chelsea players have reportedly attracted interest from Barcelona, who have placed Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta and Christian Pulisic on their radar.

The contracts of the two defenders are set to expire in the summer, and neither of the two men have reached an agreement to renew their deals with the Blues.

Meanwhile, Pulisic’s contract with Chelsea runs until 2024, but according to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are interested in signing him on loan in January.

The Blaugrana don’t have the financial strength to spend big in the next few transfer windows and are expected to prioritise signing players that won’t have enormous transfer fees.

Both Azpilicueta and Rudiger have been starters for Chelsea so far this season, with the former being the team’s captain after having spent almost a decade at the club.

Meanwhile, Pulisic has missed 14 games due to an ankle injury this season. The American winger has featured in 10 games across all competitions and has scored twice in the Premier League.

As for Rudiger, Barcelona would struggle to meet his salary demands, with the German international asking for more than 400,000 pounds a week if he leaves Chelsea in summer, as reported by the Daily Mail.

According to El Nacional, Azpilicueta is in advanced talks with Barcelona, with the British media reporting that Chelsea have yet to offer him a new deal.

Both the Spaniard and Rudiger will be free to sign a pre-contract agreement with any potential suitors outside of England from January 1, with their contracts expiring in June.
